Pastor General Brown left his hometown of Detroit Michigan in 1992 to study at Northern Michigan University. After crossing the Mighty Mac (Mackinac Bridge) he was immediately captivated by the beauty of the Upper Peninsula. Thirty years, a wife and two kids later, he’s still proud to call the UP home. Walking the trails, taking in the views, and meeting the wonderful people, feeling blessed to live in God’s Country.
Dennie serves in leadership as the Worship Leader as well as a member of the Elder Board. He and his wife Carey are long time members of New Life. They have enjoyed watching their three daughters grow up in the halls of this church, get married and now they continue to worship together at New Life Church.
Lynette has served in many different ministries within New Life before joining the staff in 2006. She enjoys the worship, prayer, and Word of God each Sunday alongside her church family.
